"If You Could Hear Me, I Would Say That Our Finger Prints Don't Fade From The Lives We've Touched."

So I was obviously just kidding when I said I'd update this weekend. Eventually. I promise.

My highlight this weekend was going to the movies with Vito. Just as planned for our date night, substituting Olive Garden for our original plans of Carrabba's, we went and saw Remember Me.

Haven't seen it? Drop whatever you are doing and go NOW! Here are the reasons why (no worries on major spoilers!):

Meet Tyler. Uhm hellllooo hottie! Yeah, please love me through this statement, but I love Rob more as Tyler than as Edward. I loved his acting in this movie, he's broken and does an amazing job at portraying it.

Meet Allie. Equally broken. Her story at the beginning breaks your heart.

Meet Tyler's "Daddy". I love me some Pierce. His boardroom scene was amazing.

Meet Tyler's hilarious roommate. One of the funniest lines in the movie:
Tyler: "When was the last time you only had one drink?"
Aiden: "Communion"

I snorted. love me through that too, k?

Meet Tyler's sister, Caroline. The scenes between Tyler and Caroline stole the entire movie for me. She is so talented and their relationship was the best part of this movie for me.

Have I told you that men who play guitar/bass win my heart? Yup. This picture makes me swoon.
Overall, really, it was an amazing movie. The ending made my jaw drop. Don't spoil it for yourself and go see it. I sure didn't see it coming! And if you go see it, please do not sit behind other movie-goers constantly making comments like "Oh, he's so hot!" "Rob's so sexy" "I wish I was her!" Though these thoughts may run through your mind at many points in the movie, vocalizing them is unecessary. K?
Have you seen it? What did you think(p.s. please don't put spoilers in the comments for those who haven't had a chance to go see it yet!)? Please feel free to email your thoughts.
If not, do you plan on seeing it?

I was sent the script over the summer and actually cried at the end. I have yet to see it, though. Maybe this weekend!

ooo looks like a good one :) No hope of dragging boyfriend to it, he is allergic to anything that even hints of a love story. so I'll probably wait till it comes out on DVD/dollar theater. I am JUST starting Breaking Dawn, have been completely sucked into Twilight haha.

I think I agree with you...I like Rob as Tyler more than Edward. It was nice to not have to suffer through his meaningful gazes/stares.

Totally agree with you. Much better as Tyler. I second Alyssa's comment about those meaningful stares.
I did think he was rather good in this film, and while I decided I *did* like it, I'm still not sure how I feel about the ending. Not because of whether it was a happy ending or a sad ending (don't want to spoil it!) but just because of WHAT it was.
