“So you wanna be my friend, so you wanna be my lover. With you I do confess I can't be one without the other.”

Title: Teitur - “One & Only”

Warning: this post is picture overload.

I’m finally getting around to updating so first let’s talk about the snow. Remember how much I hate it? Yeah, it got worse. As if we didn’t get enough snow the first time around, the second batch it. We pretty much stayed inside until we had to go and dig out 2 days later. Here is a few pics. Please know that going out in the snow does not require any fashion sense.

Picnik collage1Vito thought it would be cool to dig a tunnel. He thought it would turn into a big room and hallways, he didn’t get very far.

At least we survived Snowmageddon! & if I never see snow again, I’d be pretty happy about it!

On to Valentine’s Day Weekend.

Saturday was spent with my Princess. We played games, ate Chinese food, & sang and danced to Lady Gaga.

We then did gifts. I got her a HSM musical DS game to which she shrieked and fell on the floor. She said it was the best gift ever. While Vito went to get Chinese, she wanted to make him a card so we got out my scrapbooking supplies and she made this beautiful card that he loved.

Of course Princess & I took pics, it is our tradition. Please ignore my hideous faces and enjoy her precious face.

I loved spending the day with my little Valentine.

On Valentine’s Day, I got up and cooked breakfast for Vito that included apple streusel pancakes, bacon, sausage, hash browns, and orange juice. It was a feast. We then watched the Notebook. After that I headed to Border’s to meet up with my Princess, sister, and brother-in-law. I worked on Homework while Vito got things ready.

For the rest of Vito’s present I got him a basket full of his favorite candies, big tubes of paint, new belts, and a scarf.

When I came home, I was greeted with a candlelight dinner. He made us steak, home made crab cakes, garlic mashed potatoes, and steamed broccoli. For dessert, he won me over with chocolate covered strawberries.

We spent the rest of the night taking pics.

I saw where ya'll might be getting more snow! :( Sorry love. I have a spare bedroom if you want to escape. We don't have any snow in the forecast for a while...I think! Ha.

I am super jealous of your V-day! It sounds like you two had a wonderful night together. Jonathan isn't a big cook.. or holiday person for that matter.

I haven't played Jenga in FOREVER! that game is fun.

I love all the photos, they're really nice! It's a bit weird to think of you all in the snow at the moment, when it's so sunny here in NZ :)

Vito's a lovely name!
